"When I contacted Greg's construction service I needed a deck built, Greg came right over and gave me a quote. They ended up building a beautiful awning over the deck as well. We are very happy with it. Then when I needed new windows and doors installed did that too. A 27 foot beam across my living room? No problem! He has a great team of skilled people working for him. He also has a lot of contacts for other areas, electricians, plumbers, etc. We will use Greg's Construction Services for all of our future needs. We also consider them our friends. We highly recommend them. "

"Greg’s Construction took rough design ideas and completely and beautifully renovated our 1978 kitchen. In addition to removing a wall and flooding the space with natural daylight, GCS helped to reconfigure the layout, improving workflow and accessibility. "I needed a bathroom remodeled in a big hurry. Greg's Construction Services responded right away when I contacted them from their ad I saw on Craigslist. Greg was right upfront about challenges he saw in the work I needed so I could anticipate some additional work that was possible under some bad flooring. He walked through the room measuring everything and giving advice, asking questions about how I wanted to proceed. Then he wrote up a detailed estimate. His crew got the work done reasonably fast. Though it doesn't cost them a star, I do wish their cleanup was a bit better. Make sure you call Greg when you need a some quick work and you want to know all the possible pitfalls in advance. "

"New Siding and More! Greg and team recently replaced the siding on the front of a home that I had just purchased (and several additional tasks called out on an inspection report). From day-one it was clear that I made a good choice. Their attention to detail was first rate, they created a safe and clean workplace, and completed all of their work in a timely and efficient manner. As the work progressed, Greg was an effective communicator, offering suggestions on some tasks I could complete myself, provided professional referrals for others, and all along the way was relentless in ensuring that the work was done RIGHT. For example, when the old siding was removed, it was clear that this would be the time to also replace the old front window and instead of repairing some dry rot along a side door, we replaced the whole door. Even on the very last day, Greg & Al worked late on a Friday evening to ensure that the external lights were installed “just right”. When the inevitable change-orders happened, there was no hassle about the work to be done nor the cost. I couldn’t be happier. Greg and team completed all of my work in a thoroughly professional and timely manner. He will be my first choice for any additional future work I may need. Thank you Greg!"
